Scratch's Subscription Program-Credit Pull Consent & Authorization

You consent to Scratch Financial, Inc. (“Scratch” or “We”) obtaining a credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies. We may use the credit report for any purpose that would be authorized by applicable law in connection with approving you for the purchase of a subscription plan though Scratch’s Subscription Program (“Subscription Program”) or collection of the monthly subscription fee owed on the subscription plan, as well as for the following:

• (i) for authentication purposes (i.e., to make sure you are who you say you are);
• (ii) for internal modeling and analysis purposes;
• (iii) to evaluate your credit profile in order to make a decision on the approval of a Subscription Program Agreement under the Subscription Program;
• (iv) to obtain your credit score(s) and assign you a risk score based in part on that credit score(s);
• (v) to obtain and display information and characteristics from your credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies;
• (vi) from time to time in connection with our marketing efforts or with any other services that we may offer or that you may obtain from Scratch or our partners, including our Bank Partners.

You authorize us to verify information in your credit report, and you agree that Scratch may contact third parties to verify any such information.

We will obtain your credit report at any other time that we deem necessary in our sole discretion, including in connection with administering or collecting monthly subscription fee payments due pursuant to the Subscription Program Agreement that you agree to.

You also acknowledge and agree that if you are approved and decide to purchase a subscription plan through Scratch’s Subscription Program, the monthly subscription fee payment history (including delinquencies) may be reported to one or more consumer credit reporting agencies.
