A referral is counted once the new clinic activates their terminal and begins processing payments.

Is there a limit to how many clinics I can refer?

No limits. Refer to as many clinics as you'd like.

Any clinic currently using Scratch Checkout can refer to an independent clinic within the US & Canada (not Quebec).

How are rewards delivered?

Rewards are issued as an Amazon gift card sent to the email that you used to refer a clinic upon activation. You will have the option to select from several top brands!

What are reward disqualifications?

Must be an independent veterinary clinic. Rewards do not apply retroactively or to accounts that are closed before the reward is issued. Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. Admins of multiple accounts may not refer themselves. Scratch reserves the right to decline rewards if it suspects fraudulent behavior. You cannot run PPC ads or content campaigns on Scratch products or trademarks.
